Cambodia page | Asia School Tours
Cambodia is exotic and enchanting and is a hidden gem in Southeast Asia. It is home to spectacular temples, wild jungles, floating villages, and a shocking and complex history.
From vibrant cities, idyllic villages to the magnificent remnants of Angkor Wat, students will be fully immersed in Cambodia’s diverse history and rich culture. Our school tours provide the opportunity for students to understand the devastating Khmer Rouge regime which turned the country into a graveyard of nearly two million people and discover the mythological temple of Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the world largest religious complex.
Students can participate and engage in community service programs and volunteering activities which will enhance cultural understandings as well as strengthen their personal skills with projects in agriculture, learning programs, and habitat building/restoration projects. These programmes provide the chance to make a real difference to the lives of those living in poverty-stricken communities of rural Cambodia.
Cambodia’s greatest treasures is its gracious and hospitable people, and our school tours will introduce your students to the people, their culture and their way of life in a natural and authentic way.
Our suggested itineraries are based on personal recommendation and can be tailored to suit your school and group.
