With over 5,000 years of rich history explore, this student tour in China will incorporate art, history, culture, and stunning landscapes to provide a truly inspirational experience for students of all subject backgrounds. From ancient culture to modern living, and wonders of old and new, this school trip will take students to visit Beijing, home to China's last imperial dynasty before the Chinese Revolution.

Visit the Forbidden City, the imperial palace from the Ming and Qing dynasties, as well as Tiananmen Square, the site of many important events in Chinese history. Of course, The Great Wall of China features, as well as other significant sites like the Xi’an City Wall, the famous Terracotta Army, and other symbols of ancient Chinese civilization. Students will learn through experience on this educational tour in China, fully immersing themselves in culture and history.

Arrive in Beijing, the capital of China. You will be welcomed by your guide at the airport and then transferred to your hotel.

Overnight in Beijing.

Today you will visit the Tian'an Men Square and the Forbidden City, the residence of Chinese emperors for more than 500 years.

After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, where emperors once prayed for good harvests. Then visit the Summer Palace, a summer resort for Empress Dowager Ci Xi.

Overnight in Beijing.

Today's highlight is to conquer the Badaling Great Wall, a symbol of Chinese ancient civilisation and Changling, one of the Ming Tombs, the burial grounds for the 13 Ming Dynasty Emperors. Drive back to the city and stop by iconic Olympic venues, which are often known as Bird Nest and Water Cube.

Overnight in Beijing.

Take high speed train to Xian. On your arrival in Xian, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure. 

After breakfast, we will visit the Shaanxi History Museum. In the afternoon, visit the Xi'an City Wall. The Xi'an City Wall is the best preserved and ancient city defense system in China.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda.

Overnight in Xian

Today you will explore ancient Xian as you visit the burial site of an incredible army of 8000 lifelike Terra-Cotta soldiers, the sight is a UNESCO world heritage site. After lunch, we will visit Muslim Street, famous for being the best preserved mosque area in China.

Overnight in Xian.

Take a domestic flight from Xian to Shanghai. Upon arrival at Shanghai Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel.

After lunch, we will visit Yu Garden, the best preserved ancient Chinese gardens in Shanghai. Then visit The Bund, with a mile's stroll of spectacular views.

The Bund, with more than 50 individual architectural styles. The strip is reminiscent of the time when Shanghai was the centre of the Chinese economy and culture in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Enjoy shopping for traditional and modern goods at famous Nanjing Road.

Overnight in Shanghai.

Today visit Zhujiajiao, the best preserved ancient water town in Shanghai .

Zhujiajiao is over 1,700 years old . In the period of the three kingdoms there were already country fairs in Zhujiajiao and the business prospered during the Ming dynasty.

Then you will be transferred back to the city for lunch then visit Xin Tiandi (roughly translated as New Heaven and Earth). This pedestrian street has charming local building, home to modern art galleries and contemporary shops.

Check out from hotel and transfer to Shanghai Airport for departure flight home.

Your China visas are included in our tour and we act on your behalf to apply for the visas, all necessary documents relating to your visa application will have to be provided to us at least 90 days before your departure. If you fail to provide the necessary documents before 90 days prior to your departure, we will not be held liable for your visa application. 

The visa fee included in our tour is not refundable in any circumstances. 

Important Note:

·       All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and most countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine‐readable passport.

·       If you provide all necessary documents relating to your visa application in less than 90 day before departure, an additional fee of $120 per person will incur. 

·       It is your sole responsibility for any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not satisfying the requirements of those authorities

·       Travellers might need to present the visas at multiple checkpoints and may be refused to fly out of their countries, if the visa documents cannot be presented. If such an event occurs, we won’t be liable, and the travellers will be deemed as “no-show”. Please check our term and condition for a ‘’No-show” penalty.
