Once a trip is confirmed and the deposit is paid, we ensure that all group leaders, group members, teachers and parents are fully informed and prepared: Destination, itinerary, flight details, risk assessments and consent forms.

During each stage, our professional school experts work closely with the lead teacher/EVC to make sure all your requirements are well covered and to get all necessary information relating to each traveller,  ensuring all travellers are well taken care of during the tour.

We provide various support to the school to allow a safe ratio of teachers to students throughout the tour. A good ratio of support staff is provided for your convenience.
