Explorer Trips page | Asia School Tours
Our explorer programs cover some of the most beautiful places in the world like Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Borneo, Japan and China. The explorer program includes activities such as trekking, hiking, building local infrastructure and reforestation projects.
Highlights may include a jeep safari in Sri Lanka, a jungle trek in Laos or a journey through the wilderness of Mongolia. Students can explore a country at a grass root level and be immersed in the culture, rich history and natural beauty of the destination while at the same time developing outdoor skills, compassion, resilience and tolerance.

Ages 13 - 21
TRAVELLERS WILL NEED
- A good level of fitness
- A strong interest in the chosen subject
- A willingness to engage in outdoor activities
- To be keen to learn about outdoor activities trekking, camping etc.
- A sense of adventure
- An open mind to transport and accommodation arrangements
- A willingness to try local cuisine
- Have competent swimming ability (depending on the program undertaken)
